Beautiful rooms with interesting details.
Beautiful Loft! Walking distance to breweries and restaurants. Plenty of easy parking. It was also secure. The beds were comfortable and the place was spotless!! We will definitely stay here again next time we are in town.
This is our second time at this bnb, and I plan on coming back again next year if it’s available.
Excellent communication. The apartment was clean and cozy. It fit our group of two adults and four kids perfectly!
Great spot. Close to NULU. Will stay there again.
We had a great time at the Swepson Loft!! The Loft is even more spacious than the photos show with a full kitchen. Parking and checkin was easy! My party especially loved Trouble Bar across the street as a fun low-key spot for the evening!
Amazing amazing amazing, beautiful loft super clean, Andrew was amazing and we had a great time
I absolutely enjoyed staying here. Andrew is a great host!
This loft is a great place to stay. It has everything you need plus some. Enough room for everyone to spread out. Located close to downtown Louisville as well as some local shops, restaurants, and grocery store. Everything was as pictured in the space and it was private and secure. Host is excellent with great communication! Our group all agreed, we would definitely stay here again.
Wonderful property! The units are extremely clean, inviting, and spacious. Plenty of room for our golf outing. The host is super attentive and responds quickly with answers to any questions. A great property. We highly recommend if staying in Louisville! Thank you!
This was an amazing place to stay. The building has a great historical feel, the neighborhood is excellent, and I really enjoyed all of the books and suggestions for things to do around Louisville. This is an awesome place to stay with a group of people. Very relaxing and welcoming. I would 100% stay here again for my next trip to Louisville. If it’s available book it!
Great location, huge space, and responsive host! It was my first time in Louisville, and my friends and I loved how close it was to everything. Andrew was super responsive too. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit.
Our stay at Andrew’s was incredible. It was the perfect space for our group of 6. Each couple had their own space and the common space was equipped with quality furniture and everything was sparkling clean. It was the perfect place to hang out and socialize. Andrew has thought of everything you could need during your stay. Easily one of the best Airbnb’s I have stayed in (everyone in my group agreed!). Within walking distance to some great local spots and just a short Uber ride to the downtown area. HIGHLY recommend Andrew’s place to anyone traveling to Louisville!
Gorgeous historic building, very nicely updated and outfitted, with a very cool patio area. Central location with some great walkable options, and a short drive to everywhere else.
Note that two of the three bedrooms face a fairly busy street and the building has old windows, so if traffic noise bothers you, bring a white noise machine or get a white noise app. It wasn’t an issue for us, but I could see it being so for some.
We did experience one major problem while we were there–and Andrew responded immediately and got it fixed impressively fast. You can’t help when appliances decide to break, but he stepped in to make sure it impacted our stay as little as possible; we very much appreciated that!
Very much enjoyed visit to Louisville and our stay in Andrew’s terrific loft. Location was perfect. Easy to get everywhere we wanted to go. Andrew was very quick to respond to any questions I had. I would definitely recommend this loft to anyone.
This place is gorgeous and has all the immunities. Comfy beds for all in the three bedrooms and two baths. We spent each morning enjoying the kitchen, dining table, and all the different sitting areas. This place is very centrally located to places like Trouble, in Louisville and places on the bourbon trail. We enjoyed each moment here and might be back.
Our trip to Louisville started out a little rocky. We actually had booked a different place across the river and we were forced to find a new place due to flooding. As terrible of a start that we got, it turned out to be the best thing that happened to us on our trip. The loft is massive and extremely spacious. It also is in an old factory and the exposed beams and wooden floors give it such an awesome feel. It was perfect for the 4 of us guys. We each had our own space because of how big the loft is. There are only 3 bedrooms, but we “made” a 4th in the one corner. The location is not downtown, so you’ll have to drive a little bit to get around, but there are 2 bars within 2 blocks that you can easily walk home from. Plus, parking is included! Highly recommend for a multitude of guests. If you are looking for a chill place for the family or the guys that’s not in downtown, this is the perfect place!
Awesome place! Looks identical to photos and host communication was fantastic.
Very cool place with tons of character, a long table to seat 14, open floor plan with breakfast bar and several stools, a couple nice sitting areas with plenty of couch space, and large multiple bedrooms. Would recommend as long as you are ok with a short drive or Uber to downtown Louisville. We enjoyed the place a lot and it was well stocked with kitchen appliances etc…
Stayed here for my bachelor party trip, and truly enjoyed my stay. Beautiful loft that is close to tons of cool activities in Louisville. Loft is spacious and the price is incredibly affordable. The owner Andrew even sent me suggestions for Bourbon Trail tours once he found out we were interested in visiting the distilleries. Overall, we had a wonderful experience that I would recommend to all.
Great place to stay! Andrew was on the ball with anything we needed and gave us great recommendation’s for places to eat for “Non Locals”!😁👍👍
Great space and lots of it! Walking distance to the Logan Street market was awesome. Clearly some other cute cafes are being built nearby. Not super close to the main part of downtown but an easy enough drive. Andrew was a great host.
I would highly recommend this place. Clean, equipped, and I felt safe at this location. Did I mention the Super Host! Thanks Andrew
It was a beautiful space to have local Louisville family & friends join us for dinner and yet still be close enough for us tourists to walk or drive to all the cool things. The sun rise from the sunrise is beautiful from the east facing main room windows and a lovely gentle wakeup. We had everything we could ever want. Will definitely stay again.
The loft is beautiful, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is also excellent- short walk to the Logan Street Market, where we went every day for coffee and breakfast. Easy to get everywhere downtown. Highly recommend.
Don’t pass this one up! An incredibly unique loft in an excellent location. Close by to everything, yet far enough out to get away from the city vibe. Excellent local places for nightlife very close by, and weather permitting, the balcony is a great place to relax and unwind. We’ll surely be back on our next visit to NuLu!!
This is an airbnb in an area that’s obviously getting gentrified. The space is laid out really well. Andrew is very attentive. You can tell the building itself is a work in progress. We loved our time there and never had any issues. Perfect place in the summer if you want to experience the city but have quiet space to sleep.
This is truly an amazing space. Less than 3 miles from everything you’d want to do in Louisville. It’s got three large bedrooms and two baths and has a tremendous kitchen. The space is large and open and has plenty of room for people to relax and talk. I’d highly recommend both the space and the host. They’ve anticipated most of your needs and filled them graciously. You’ll enjoy your stay in Louisville at Swepson.
Very helpful and clean. Well worth the pricing.
Great open space for my family. Relaxing and the aesthetic was lovely. Had some drinks at the brewery nearby and a delicious burger at Toastys all within walking distance. I would stay here everytime I visit Kentucky!
Clean and spacious! Host was communicative, and check-in was easy. Also served as a perfect co-working space for colleagues to each have their own work areas and take simultaneous calls.
Great space. The pictures don’t do it justice. There is plenty to do within walking distance, and downtown is just a short ride away.
Amazing space and location. Loft was as described and shown in pictures. It is extremely spacious and was a great place to work remotely from for our group. Communication with Andrew was good and he was quick to reply when we had questions. We will definitely look to stay here again when back in town for future bourbon hunts!
