  We had the top two floors of the swepson and it was awesome. Would most definitely stay there again. The 2nd floor had a TON of rooms for all of us staying there. We had 10 guys so this was literally perfect everyone could have their own rooms between the two floors.
The upstairs had a great hang out area for all of us with a full kitchen and patio for cigars. Extremely large open space with a huge table in the middle of it.
We had a great time, felt safe and it was close to Whiskey Row which was great!

  My stay at Swepson Guesthouse at the end of July was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality that set the tone for a wonderful week-long stay.
One of the standout qualities of Swepson Guesthouse is the kindness and welcoming nature of the staff. They made us feel right at home, going out of their way to ensure our comfort and satisfaction throughout our stay. It was evident that they genuinely cared about their guests' experience, which is a rare and refreshing quality to find in accommodations.
Another aspect that stood out was their immediate responsiveness. Whether it was a request for additional towels or a recommendation for local dining options, the staff was quick to respond and provide assistance. Their efficiency added an extra layer of convenience to our stay.
Swepson Guesthouse's proximity to the airport is a significant advantage, especially for travelers with early morning or late-night flights. The short distance made our arrival and departure hassle-free, and yet, we were pleasantly surprised that there was no noise disturbance from the airport.   Our basketball team took a retreat, and the Swepson Guesthouse was LUXURIOUS.  It was clean and spacious.  Coffee makers and coffee pods were supplied in each kitchen.  Shampoo, body wash, and conditioner were supplied in each bathroom.  There were plenty of dishes and extra supplies, such as trash bags.  Swepson Guesthouse is top-of-the-line and perfect for a large group.

  Hey, I came with my women’s basketball team for the weekend for a retreat and the Guest House was absolutely beautiful. The house was very clean and looked exactly like the pictures online! The guest house also included a variety of outdoor seating and fun games. Also the 3rd floor had a great view of the downtown Louisville neighborhood which the house was located in!   It's a great place to hang out with a group. It fits large groups, has amenities, and was a comfortable place to spend our vacation.
