Located on the edge of Germantown, this Loft is close to anything you would need! Restaurant row, the Highlands, Downtown, UofL Campus, Old Louisville, and NULU. It’s the perfect walking distance to bars, breweries and distilleries, restaurants, and Logan Street Market. The Swepson Loft will give you everything you could ever need!
A spacious loft would not be complete without a nice outdoor area as well! The Swepson Loft comes with just that, a large outdoor patio complete with table and chairs for everyone.

This unit is located on the third floor of the building, there are 6 sets of stairs to climb to get to the top! We have a large parking lot located adjacent to the building. There is no wheelchair access to the building.

The 2nd floor had a TON of rooms for all of us staying there. We had 10 guys so this was literally perfect everyone could have their own rooms between the two floors. The upstairs had a great hang out area for all of us with a full kitchen and patio for cigars. Extremely large open space with a huge table in the middle of it. It was clean and spacious. Coffee makers and coffee pods were supplied in each kitchen. Shampoo, body wash, and conditioner were supplied in each bathroom. The house was very clean and looked exactly like the pictures online! The guest house also included a variety of outdoor seating and fun games. Also the 3rd floor had a great view of the downtown Louisville neighborhood which the house was located in!
